The Eupora Police Department investigated these charges during January:
Speeding, 10; suspended driver’s license, three; improper equipment, one; switched tag, one; disregard for traffic device, one; improper passing, one; no proof of liability insurance, four; littering, one; possession of beer, two; possession of liquor, one; possession of paraphernalia, one; possession of marijuana in motor vehicle, two; public drunk, one;
resisting arrest, one; attempted suicide (unsuccessful), one; disorderly conduct-interfering with business customers (McDonald’s), one; disorderly conduct-failure to obey, one; domestic violence, one; temporary domestic abuse protection order, one; simple assault, two; dog and animal control violation, three;
harassment/threats, three; disturbance of a family, two; malicious mischief, two; petit larceny, two ($100-Waterworks Road; bike-Noel Street); providing false identifying information, one; unauthorized use of debit card, one (misdemeanor-$1.07); and auto burglary, two (Diversicare parking lot).
The EPD investigated nine traffic accidents, and made four misdemeanor arrests and one arrest for another agency. Offenders participating in the Eupora Municipal Court Work Program worked off fines totaling $640.25.
Ladarius Conner: possession of marijuana in motor vehicle, providing false information, speeding and possession of liquor.
Chad Austin Goodin: possession of paraphernalia.
Benji Medders: disorderly conduct, public drunk and possession of beer.
Joseph Ryan Medders: domestic violence and resisting arrest.
Kevon Embry: Lowndes SO.
