The Eupora Police Department investigated these charges during October:
Speeding, seven; no driver’s license-expired, one; no driver’s license, four; suspended driver’s license, one; no proof of liability insurance, two; expired tag, four; disregard for traffic device, one; improper equipment, one; failure to yield right-of-way, one; no helmet, one; leaving the scene of an accident, one; failure to stop when signaled, one; trespassing, one; public drunk, one; noise violation, one; petit larceny, two; malicious mischief, four; harassment, one; littering, one; disturbing the peace, two; missing person, one; shoplifting, one; burn ban violation-warning, one; simple assault, two; possession of marijuana, one; possession of beer, one; counterfeit money, one; burglary of dwelling, one (Malone Street: Xbox and clothing); and auto burglary, one (Dunn Street: car stereo).
The EPD investigated 13 traffic accidents and made four misdemeanor arrests in Octobers Offenders participating in the Eupora Municipal Court Work Program worked off fines totaling $1,138.25.
