Extension Agent Jennifer Williams assists Laken Bailey, Anna Kathryn Bailey, Garet Love and Alex Palmer as they design and build models of working electrical circuits using Snap Circuits kits. Monday’s summer science camp was the last of three hosted by Webster County 4-H this month at the Eupora Community Center. Children ages 8-12 who participated in the NASA Summer of Innovation Camp conducted experiments and performed activities related to air pressure, density, astronomy, gravity, robotics and the solar system. The hands-on activities gave the children a different understanding of various aspects of science. They also learned the value of teamwork. ScienceCamp06-29
