Gibson Street COG

Gibson Street Church of God will host a gospel singing at 6 p.m. June 28. The Forrest Brothers of Winona will be special guest, along with other groups, choirs and soloists.

Mt. Zion Baptist

On June 29 Mt. Zion Baptist Church will honor Andy Curry with a special potluck lunch. Andy graduated from MSU on May 16 and will be attending the University of Alabama in Birmingham for his graduate studies this fall. Lunch will be served immediately after worship services, and after lunch Andy will present a slideshow from a recent trip to Italy.

Victory Baptist

The Slaton Family from Greenwood will be in concert at 1:15 p.m. June 29 at Victory Baptist Church, Hwy. 15 South, Mathiston. A love offering will be taken. Food and fellowship will be from 12:15-1:15 p.m.

Spring Valley Baptist singing

Spring Valley Baptist Church in Mathiston will host a fifth Sunday singing featuring Souled Out Trio from Sturgis on June 29. The singing starts at 1:30 p.m.

Dorroh Lake Girls Camp

Dorroh Lake Girls Camp will be July 7-10 for teens (ages 12-16) and July 14-17 for younger girls (ages 7-12). Registration is 1 p.m. Monday of each camp; cost is $175. Call 258-7545 to reserve a spot before June 30 and receive a $25 discount. Experience an awesome time to have fun, make new friends and build your faith!

Prayer Breakfast

The Men’s Prayer Breakfast will be held at 6:45 a.m. July 2 in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church of Eupora. Men throughout the community are invited to attend.

Eupora First Baptist VBS

First Baptist Church of Eupora will have Vacation Bible School July 6-11 beginning at 5:30 nightly. The theme will be “Weird Animals.” The fun begins with a kickoff party on July 5 to get everyone registered in advance. Come join the fun!

Bluff Springs Baptist, Choctaw

Bluff Springs Baptist Church (Choctaw County) and Pastor Kevin Black invite the public to attend revival services July 6-9. Sunday night services will be at 6, and Monday-Wednesday services will be at 7 p.m. The Rev. Allen Robison from Rosedale will be visiting speaker.
