Rotary presents dictionaries

From School Reports

The students in J.J. Johnson’s class at East Webster Elementary School received a special dictionary gift recently when members of the Eupora Rotary Club paid a visit to their school.
Chad Winter, Rotary Club president, and David Dabbs, president-elect, presented students with personal dictionaries that are theirs to keep as they progress through schooling and as they continue to grow as learners.
“The students in third grade last year kept their dictionaries close by and used them very much,” said Johnson, third-grade reading teacher.
Thanks to the Eupora Rotary Club for providing students with this resource that they will be able to use for years to come.
