PBS program rewards students

From School Reports

Eupora Elementary held its PBS (Positive Behavior Support) program on Dec. 11.

Students are rewarded for demonstrating positive behavior through Eagle Bucks. Students spend their Eagle Bucks on various things throughout the nine weeks, such as wearing pajamas, bringing a stuffed animal from home, making morning announcements or being the assistant principal for a day.

At the end of the semester, all Eagle Bucks are turned in and names are drawn for various classroom prizes.

The accompanying photos are of the students who earned classroom prizes from PreK-fifth grade. Also, one student name is drawn per grade to go on a $100 shopping spree in Starkville.

Those students were Raygen James (kindergarten), Concordia Cork (first), Alex McCall (second), Cliff Jernigan (third), Jaiden Williams (fourth) and Kyla Jackson (fifth).
