Randy Hall Edwards

Services for Randy Hall Edwards, 58, of Ackerman were Dec. 16, 2013, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman with the Rev. Rob Faulk officiating. Burial was in Bluff Springs Baptist Church Cemetery near Eupora.

He was born June 25, 1955, in Choctaw County. Mr. Edwards was a carpenter and member of Chester Baptist Church. He died Dec. 13, 2013, in Ackerman.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Steadman Edwards of Ackerman; two sons, Randy Freshour and Scott Freshour of Starkville; a daughter, Sheila Vance of Starkville; a brother, Larry Edwards of Ackerman; two sisters, Marsha Hancock of Greenwood and Tena Teer of Weir; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

 

Mark Stephen Ford

Dec. 11, 2013

Services for Mark Stephen Ford, 52, were Dec. 15, 2013, at Fellowship Baptist Church near Mathiston with the Rev. Ralph Cain officiating. Burial was in Double Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

He was born March 10, 1961. Mr. Ford was a retired truck driver and member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He died Dec. 11, 2013, at his residence near Mathiston.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Fulton Ford of Mathiston; a son, Christopher Leggett of Mathiston; a daughter, Terri Leslie of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; a sister, Beverly Ford of St. Louis; and four grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of choice.

Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman was in charge of arrangements.

 

Terry Keith Mitchell

Dec. 11, 2013

Services for Terry Keith Mitchell, 37, of Hattiesburg were Dec. 17, 2013, at Enon Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Revs. Jerry Lawson and Sammy Wood officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

He was born Dec. 31, 1975, in Starkville. Mr. Mitchell was a nuclear medicine technologist and served in the U.S. Air Force. He died Dec. 11, 2013, in Hattiesburg.

Survivors include his father, Danny Keith Mitchell of Batesville; his mother, Donna Lee Weddle of Waynesboro; a brother, Jacob Aaron Mitchell of Myrtle Beach, S..C.,; and a sister, Robin Lynette Ramsey of Batesville.

Ann Stewart Roby

Memorial services for Ann Stewart Roby will be at 10 am. Dec. 21, 1013, at Duck Hill Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Leyland Stewart and Daisy Owens. Mrs. Roby died Dec. 7, 2013.

Survivors include her husband, Grady H. Roby of Savannah, Ga.
