The Eupora Police Department investigated these charges during November:
Speeding, 19; seatbelt violation, one; expired tag, two; no insurance, one; careless driving, one; DUI 1st-refusal, one; dog and animal control violation, three; handicap parking violation, one;
gas drive-off, one; malicious mischief, two; vandalism, one (Southwood Acres-spray paint on brick); missing child, one (fell asleep on bus); phone harassment, two; trespassing, one; possession of beer, one; simple assault, four; domestic violence, one;
possession of controlled substance-crack cocaine [felony], one; embezzlement [felony], one (Tobacco Superstore); aggravated assault [felony], one; burglary of a commercial building [felony], one (Springer Pawn and Gun-nothing taken); and credit card fraud [felony], one.
The EPD investigated seven traffic accidents, and made three felony arrests and one misdemeanor arrest:
Bill Chism: aggravated assault.
Keith Chism: aggravated assault.
Shawn Stafford: possession of controlled substance-crack cocaine and possession of beer.
Nathan Herard: DUI 1st-refusal, careless driving and possession of beer.
