New Type Residence is Completed
Mr. and Mrs. John C. Hodges moved into their handsome new residence Monday which was recently completed by the contractors. This splendid dwelling adds much to the beauty of Eupora’s residential sections, and is imposing from both appearance and utility standpoints.
The exterior is fully fireproof, walls being built of asbestos siding and the roof of asbestos shingles. The floors and interior walls are finely wrought, while the kitchen is arranged with built-in conveniences conforming to the most modern designs.
All ceilings are insulated, and the heating and cooking apparatus will use the new butane gas. There are eight rooms in the house. Mr. and Mrs. Hodges have proven that careful planning pays big dividends in the beauty and utility of a dwelling.
