The Eupora Police Department investigated these charges/incidents during October:
Speeding, nine;; suspended driver’s license, two; suspended driver’s license-implied consent, two; no driver’s license, one; no driver’s license-expired, one; no tag, one; expired tag, one; no insurance, two;
disregard for traffic device, one; improper equipment-taillights, two; dog and animal control violation, one; noise violation, one; trespassing, one; malicious mischief, two; gunshots in Westwood area, one;
petit larceny, three (lawnmower, clothing and watch); public drunk, one; possession of beer, four; possession of marijuana in motor vehicle, one; possession of paraphernalia, one; simple assault, one; domestic violence, one; possession of controlled substance, one;
attempted bank robbery, one (CB&S Bank); burglary of dwelling, two (nothing taken in one, 41-inch TV and PlayStation in other); fraud, one ($850); and grand larceny, one ($1,200 cash).
The EPD investigated seven traffic accidents, and made these felony and misdemeanor arrests, and arrests for other agencies:
Benji Lee Medders: possession of controlled substance, DUI-1st and possession of beer.
Patrick Crowley: no driver’s license.
Earl Jerome Cullum: suspended DL, public drunk.
Earl Jerome Cullum: suspended DL and disregard for traffic device.
Wendy Kay Dees; suspended DL-implied consent.
Dallas Paige Hedrick: suspended DL.
Bobby Beundre Hill: possession of marijuana in motor vehicle and improper equipment.
Perez Ledger: contempt warrant: FTA subpoena.
Benjamin McCurry: domestic violence.
Billy Dean Medders: suspended DL-implied consent and improper equipment.
Ashley Wise: possession of paraphernalia.
