Frances Gammill

Bradberry

Services for Frances Gammill Bradberry, 84, of Eupora were Sept. 20, 2013, at Antioch Methodist Church near Ackerman. Burial was in the church cemetery.

She was born March 24, 1929, in Choctaw County. Mrs. Bradberry was a bookkeeper and a member of Antioch Methodist Church. She died Sept. 16, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center Long Term Care in Eupora.

Survivors include a daughter, Brenda C. Lambert of Ackerman; a brother, Jim F. Gammill of Madison; a sister, Mary Joe Bennett of Jackson; and five nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Antioch Methodist Church Building Fund.

Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman was in charge of arrangements.

 

Lois Wincey Lewis

Sept. 9, 2013

Services for Lois Lewis, 94, were Sept. 11, 2013, at White Hill Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack McQuary officiating. Burial was in White Hill Cemetery.

She was born July 30, 1919, in Webster County to the late Thomas Elmer and Minnie Belle Lucius Henley. Mrs. Lewis worked as a nurse’s aide and was a charter member of White Hill Freewill Baptist  Church. She died Sept. 9, 2013, at NMMC Long Term Care in Eupora.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas Glen Lewis of Maben and Bobby Lewis of Eupora; two sisters, Mildred Scro of Birmingham, Ala., and Sarah Elkins of Columbus; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Wise Funeral Home of Eupora was is in charge of arrangements.
