The Eupora Police Department investigated these charges during August:
Speeding, four; suspended driver’s license, five; no driver’s license, one; no tag, one; no insurance, two; seatbelt violation, one; noise ordinance violation, one; disregard for traffic device (ran school bus stop sign on Highway 9 South), two; disorderly conduct, one; discharging a firearm in city limits, one; disturbing the peace, two; bond jumping, one; harassment, one;
trespassing, three; vandalism at Brantley Park, one; malicious mischief, two (tire cut in one case); petit larceny, three (wallet, cellphone and bicycle); contempt warrants served, five; public drunk, one; possession of drug paraphernalia, four; possession of marijuana, two (one juvenile); simple assault, two; sexual assault, one (no charges filed);
credit card fraud, two (including at Eupora Electronics); burglary of a commercial building, one (Pounds Sporting Goods); possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,500 feet of a church, one; possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a church, one; and sale of marijuana, one (juvenile).
The EPD investigated six traffic accidents, and made these felony and misdemeanor arrests, and arrests for other agencies:
Krystal Michelle Hill: possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,500 feet of a church.
Juvenile: sale of controlled substance.
David Patterson: possession of crack cocaine within 1,500 feet of a church.
Hillary Bergeron: contempt warrant.
Dustin Byars: possession of paraphernalia.
James Campbell: public drunk.
Tarance Daniels: disorderly conduct, noise violation and no DL.
Derrick Grays: suspended DL and no tag.
Billie Jean Halderman: possession of paraphernalia.
Robert Harrison Jr.: suspended DL and speeding 68/55.
Krystal Michelle Hill: possession of marijuana.
Tasha Hull: disturbing the peace.
Perry Lee Irvin: possession of paraphernalia and seatbelt violation.
Juvenile: possession of marijuana.
James D. Stokes: suspended DL and speeding 53/35.
Reggie Sudduth: possession of paraphernalia.
Sedrick Sudduth: contempt warrant: bond jumping.
Angela Wofford: contempt warrant.
Kelvin Woodard: contempt warrant
James Wordlaw: contempt warrant
Sharsha Gazaway: for Starkville PD.
Robert Michael Swindle: for Mathiston PD.
