Cremation arrangements for Barry Alexander Weston, 81, of Mantee have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Houston. A private family memorial service will be held at a later time in Mantee.
He was born Nov. 19, 1931, in Montreal to the late George and Dorothy Alison Weston. Before he became a naturalized U.S. citizen, Mr. Weston served from 1949-55 in the Canadian Army in Canada and the Far East. He was a retired salesman from JWI. He died Aug. 7, 2013, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda F. Weston of Mantee; a daughter, Sandra Weston of Wetumpka, Ala.; a sister, Dorothy De La Fosse of Toronto; four stepchildren, Todd Wallace of Union Springs, Ala., Marty Wallace of Columbus, Jed Wallace of Camden, Tenn., and Gaye Wilson of Mantee; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mr. Robert Worrell
Robert Stephen (Bob) Worrell, 57, died August 1, 2013. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 17 at Old Lebanon cemetery in Ackerman at 10AM.
Survivors include his daughter, Leah Worrell McPherson of Jackson, MS; brothers, Mike Worrell of Prairieville, LA and Don Worrell of Ackerman, MS; and 4 grandchildren.
Hilda Pugh, 79 died Friday, August 9th in Palmetto Health Richland Heart Hospital, Columbia, SC.
She was Born March 29, 1934 in Webster County. Surviving: Daughter, Sharon McGinnis, Columbia, SC; Sons, Bob Pugh, Deland, FL, Allen Pugh, Charlotte, NC; Sisters, Vicky Winter, Green Valley, AZ, Ann Vickers, Eupora, MS, Iris Bryant, Mobile, AL; Brother, Jimmy Vickers, Eupora, MS; 2 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren. Services Saturday, August 17, 2013 5:00 PM, Double Springs Church, Webster County.
