Speeding, 21; suspended driver’s license, one; disregard for traffic device (stop sign), one; expired tag, one; no insurance, four; DUI-1st (0.21 percent BAC), one; disorderly conduct, two; curfew violation, one; junk vehicle ordinance violation (Hill Street), one; blight and property maintenance (Hill Street), one;
dog violation, two; dog complaint, one; malicious mischief, one; trespassing, three; petit larceny, nine; stolen medication, one; shoplifting-1st offense (Dollar General), two; simple assault, one;
contempt warrants served, four; stalking, one; domestic violence, one; domestic abuse protection order (temporary), one; aggravated assault (knife), one; and aggravated domestic violence (knife), one.
The EPD investigated nine traffic accidents, and made these arrests:
Martha Gee: domestic violence-aggravated.
Dillon Purnell: attempt to commit sexual battery.
Robert Wofford: aggravated domestic-strangulation.
Shirlena Avent: petit larceny.
Marcus Dale Box: suspended DL.
Roberta Carr: telephone harassment.
Michael Eric Devers Jr.: domestic violence.
David Scott Fason: disorderly conduct: failure to obey an officer.
Ricardo Garcia: DUI-1st and no insurance.
Christopher D. Hill: contempt warrant.
Jeryl Hill: contempt warrant.
Precious Ivy: contempt warrant.
Melissa Williams: contempt warrant.
Kalilah Starks: Oktibbeha County SO.
