Graveside services for Anthony Lane Lusk, 67, were May 25, 2013, at Milligan Springs Cemetery in Stewart with the Rev. Don Parish officiating.
He was born to the late Emmet Lusk and Laura Lewis in Virginia on Jan. 5, 1946. Mr. Lusk was retired from the U.S. Air Force and served 10 years working in civil service. He died May 18, 2013, at his residence in Columbus.
Survivors include a son, Mike Lusk of Eupora; two daughters, Linda Leech and Rhonda Abbott of Eupora; three brothers, Vinson Lusk of Fort Meade, Fla., Larry Lusk of Waldort, Md., and Jerry Lusk of Manassas Park, Va.; two sisters, Judie Sanders of Charlotte Hall, Md., and Nancy Hodges of Athens, W. Va.; and four grandchildren.

Betsy Louise Beckman Reedy
Betsy Louise Beckman Reedy , 51, died Friday May 24, 2013 in an auto accident on HWY 404 near Duck Hill, MS. She was born April 20, 1962 in Houston, MS to Charles Beckham and Mildred Louise Beckham. She was a homemaker and a member of Elliott Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Mrs. Reedy were held Sunday, May 26, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Pryor Funeral Homes Chapel in Calhoun City, MS. Officiating was Bro. Cecil Fayard Visitation was Sunday, May 26, 2013 10:30 – 2:00 pm at Pryor Funeral Home. Burial followed in Woodland Cemetery in Woodland, MS.
She is survived by her husband David Reedy of Duckhill, MS; two step-sons, David Reedy, Jr. and Jeremy Reedy, her mother; Mildred Beckham of Calhoun City, one sister; Emily (Richmond) Hubbard of Calhoun City; two brothers James (Joann) Beckham of Laurel, MS and Charles (Roxann) Beckham, St Joseph, Missouri; five nieces eight nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Reedy was preceded in death by her father, Charles Beckham.
Pallbearers were: Dan Bell, Brian Harrison, Tyler Jackson, Clay Springer, Ralph Wagner and Michael Harrison.

Mrs. Lucille “Lou” Abernathy Bailey
Mrs. Lucille “Lou” Abernathy Bailey, 97, retired employee General Electric, died May 20, 2013 at Golden Living Center in Eupora, Ms. Funeral Services were held 1:00PM Friday May 24th. at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the West Shady Grove Cemetery in Webster County. Rev. Dale Strickland officiated. Pallbearers were; Toby and Jeff Jones, Freddie and Redale Oswalt, Dickie Dukes, and Homer Purvis. Mrs. Lou is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Husband; Sam H. Bailey, parents; George W. and Minnie Parker Abernathy, eight sisters; Hattie Purvis, Polly Waldrop, Ollie Kirk, Dovie Hales, Gussie Abernathy, Jewel Moore, Beatrice Stewart, Minnie Lea Abernathy and two brothers; Homer and Joe Creel Abernathy. Mrs. Bailey grew up in Madison County and graduated from Flora High School. After graduation she went to Jackson and was employed by General Electric and worked for them until her retirement. While in Jackson she met the man of her life and married Sam H. Bailey December 24, 1959. After retirement she and her husband moved to Eupora and built a new house in 1976. Some of the enjoyments of her life besides spending time with her husband, were traveling, working in her flowers, painting, socializing with friends and people. She was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Webster County and enjoyed attending services and participating in worship there. Three words that would sum up Lucille Bailey’s life: Wonderful, Loving and Fulfilling. The family would like to thank Golden Living Center and Gentiva Hospice for their gentle loving care. Memorials may be made to the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Mrs. Margie Littlejohn
Mrs. Margie Littlejohn,70, retired CNA, died May 22, 2013 at the North Ms. Medical Center in Tupelo, Ms. Funeral Services were held 11:00AM, Saturday May 25th. at the Lollars Grove Baptist Church in Webster County with burial in the Church Cemetery. Rev. Willy Weddle, Rev. Stanley Dorroh and Rev. Mike Smith officiated.
Pallbearers were: Caleb Yeager, Mike Mitchell, Phillip Smith, Bill Taylor, Joe Medders, and J. C. Montroy. Survivors include her husband of 49 years; Avalon Littlejohn, Eupora, Ms., son; Timothy (Stacy) Littlejohn, Eupora, Ms., brother; Jeff Montroy, Eupora, Ms., five grandchildren; Caleb and Raven Yeager, Emily and Anna Littlejohn and Doug Rowlen, one great grandchild; Kenna Rowlen, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; Erma and J. L.”Buck” Montroy, daughter; Cynthia L. Yeager and a sister; Lois M. Mitchell. Margie was a member of Lollars Grove Baptist Church where she served as a faithful member and follower of the Lord.
In earlier years, Margie was employed at EHS where she served as a cafeteria worker and bus driver. She then became a CNA at Golden Living Center (formerly Beverly Healthcare) for 30 years before retiring in 2011. Margie was a very dedicated and kind woman. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with all of her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, taking family vacations and playing Bunko with her friends.
