EHS students attend math competition

From School Reports

On Feb. 28, a group of math students from Eupora High School attended
math competition at Mississippi University for Women in Columbus.

This event, held annually, hosts schools from all over the state.
This year, EHS math students, under the direction of Brenda Mason and
Melinda Allen, performed well and placed in the top 10 in all levels
of competition.

Algebra I scored eighth in ciphering and 10th in written.

Algebra II scored fifth in ciphering.

Geometry scored ninth in ciphering.

Trig/Pre-Calculus scored eighth in ciphering and eighth in written,
and Calculus scored 10th in ciphering and eighth in written.
