Mr. and Mrs. Wiley Sibley and three children, Mr. and Mrs. D.C.
Richardson spent a while Saturday night in the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Hester Simpson.
Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Sellars and Mrs. Hester Simpson spent Sunday with
Mrs. Phronie Sellars.
Mrs. Lucy Jane Peacock spent Saturday night with her grandson, Mr.
Clyde Peacock.
Mrs. Kate Richardson and Mrs. Essie Campbell spent Monday in the home
of Mr. W.H. Tharp.

Mr. Pete Connell spent Friday and Saturday in the Lester Connell
home. Mrs. Connell spent last week in Pete’s home in Holly Springs.
Mr. and Mrs. Purvie Ray visited Mrs. Roy Ray on Tuesday. Mrs. J.T.
Pittman visited his home Wednesday morning.
Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Pittman and Mrs. Allen Golding visited Mrs. Lewis
Byrd recently.
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Ray visited in the Charlie Gatlin, Wister Ray and
Millard Ray homes on Sunday.
Sue Hodges visited Betty Ray last week.

Montevista News:
Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Chandler and Donald spent the weekend in Vernon, AL
with Mrs. Z.Z. Chandler.
Mr. Jim Lucius spent three days of last week in the Houston hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Junior Gary, Keith and Laurie of Memphis and Mr. Maxie
Finch of Pensacola, FL were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Watt Finch.
Miss Floy Nelms of Jackson spent the weekend with parents, Mr. and
Mrs. H.C. Nelms.
Mrs. Era Britt and Mrs. Callie Sturdivant are both at home after
being away visiting relatives.
Mrs. Etta Golden is visiting in the McDade home now.
Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Golden of Greenville and Mr. Harvey Hood of Linn
spent the weekend with relatives. They came especially to visit with
Mrs. Minnie Love.
