Lewis enjoys hunting arrowheads

Dee Lewis of Tupelo can be found most weekends hunting arrowheads in rural Oktibbeha County area creek beds.

Dee is the 33-year-old son of Rufus Edward Lewis of Maben. He regularly visits with his father and his wife, Robin, and his Uncle Nick Lewis.

On most weekends, when Dee is in Maben with his dad, he can be found on a few creek banks around the area, sometimes alone and sometimes with friends, looking for arrowheads.

The arrowheads in his collection are many years old.

When asked about where he found them, Dee replied, “That’s a secret many people will not tell.”
