The Webster County 4-H Bull’s Eye Buster Shooting Sports team was able to put its talents on showcase at the 2012 Northeast District Shooting Sports Competition on April 28 at the Whitetail Ridge Outdoors Shooting Range in Blue Springs.

This year’s event consisted of more than 400 competitors competing in hopes of advancing to the state-level competition, which will take place on the Coast.

Webster County 4-H was represented by some outstanding 4-H members and volunteers. The team competed in 10-Meter Air Rifle (table/ elbows), 10-Meter Air Rifle (3 position), .22 Pistol, .22 Rifle and Shotgun.

Three senior members of the team will be advancing to state-level competition. Lauren Walker in .22 Pistol, Zach Walker in .22 Rifle and Ben Hill in Shotgun will make up the state team. Congratulations to the Webster County 4-H Bull’s Eye Club for its outstanding job!
