Faith Baptist The Henson Group and Souled Out will perform at Faith Baptist Church in Maben at 6:30 p.m. May 19. * Revival: Faith Baptist will have revival May 20-25. Services will be at 6 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. weeknights. The Rev. Kevin Pinnix of Souled Out will be leading the music. A nursery will be provided for the singing and revival. The church is located at 1104 J.Y. Turner Road in the Self Creek community.

Lebanon UMC Lebanon United Methodist Church, 1118 Lebanon Road, will be hosting it annual memorial worship service May 20. The service starts at 11 a.m. with a potluck meal following. For more information contact 258-8304 or 552-8304.

Mt. Moriah UMC Memorial services at Mt Moriah United Methodist Church will be May 20 at 11 a.m. Roger Miller will be the speaker and Steven Flake will lead the music. Lunch will be served at noon under the shade trees.

Mt. Vernon Baptist The annual memorial service at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church will be May 20 at 11 a.m. with dinner to follow. Buchanan Meek will be the speaker and Nathan Crenshaw will lead the music.

North Union The North Union Cemetery memorial service will be May 20 at 11 a.m. at the tabernacle. The Rev. Don Vaughan will be officiating with Debbie Knight directing the music. The board of directors’ meeting will be at 10:45 a.m.

Old Cumberland The annual memorial service at Old Cumberland will be May 20 at 11a.m. Mike Dalton will be the speaker. Special music will be provided. Wood Springs Baptist Memorial services at Wood Springs Baptist Church in Choctaw County will be May 20 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Larry Watson, pastor, will conduct the worship services. Lunch will be served in the fellowship hall at noon.

New Pleasant Springs M.B. New Pleasant Springs M.B. Church will have its second Pastor’s Anniversary Celebration Program at 3 p.m. May 20. The program will honor the pastor and his wife, the Rev. Arthur and Eva Farmer. The theme is “Faith, Hope and Charity, but the Greatest of These is Charity (I Corinthians 13:13).” Guest speaker will be the Rev. Robert Miller of Batesville.

Maben Church of God Revival at Maben Church of God will be May 20-22 at 7 p.m. Evangelist James McElroy will be the speaker. The church is located at 3965 Crowley Drive.

West Shady Grove cemetery meeting Cemetery Committee meeting at West Shady Grove Baptist Church will be at 9 a.m. May 27.

Embry Cemetery Memorial at Embry Cemetery, located 3½ miles west of Bellefontaine on Highway 404, will be May 27. Committee members are Alex Allday, Jack Hendricks and Charles E. Hitt. Grave decorations will start at 10 a.m. Worship will be at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim’s Rest Baptist Church. Dr. Robert E. “Bob” Self of Enid, pastor of Friendship Baptist Church in Grenada, will deliver the message.

Cumberland Pres- byterian memorial Cumberland Presbyterian Church will have its annual memorial service at 10:30 a.m. May 27. A covered-dish luncheon will follow the service.

Mt. Zion Baptist Mt. Zion Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School May 29-June 1 from 6-8:30 p.m. daily. All children kindergarten and up (youth included) may participate.

Bellefontaine UMC Bellefontaine United Methodist Church will be placing flags on the graves of veterans at North Union Cemetery in time for its annual memorial service at 11 a.m. May 20. Flags are donated by the Joe H. Morehead VFW Post. The church has a list of more than 100 veterans. To add someone to the list or to verify a veteran will receive a flag, email gwenwoodssisson@yahoo.com by May 19. • Food Drive: Did you know that more than 49 million American go hungry every day? Many Webster County residents also go hungry, including children. Join Dollar General and Bellefontaine United Methodist Church in collecting nonperishable food items and help stop hunger in Webster County. The food drive continues through May 31 at Dollar General in Eupora daily. Look for the collection box on the right hand side of the store as you walk in and help make a difference for the needy in Webster County. Donations will go to needy families in Webster County, as well as the Webster County Baptist Association’s Food Pantry.
