Math competition includes EHS students

On March 1, a group of 35 students from Eupora High School participated in math competition at the Trotter Convention Center in Columbus. This competition is sponsored by the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science and schools from all over the state competed. Students competed in Algebra 1, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus and Advanced Placement Calculus. They were given a written test and participated in ciphering problems. EHS students in every subject area placed in the top 10. Congratulations to these students on this accomplishment.
